Le Petit Village is available on a pre bookable sessional basis. It is advisable to pre book as we cannot guarantee entry if you turn up on the day and we would hate to have to disappoint those cute little faces. We will endeavour to use our facebook page to advise when we have availability for drop in entry.
You can book entry through the booking tab on the website. If you have any queries regarding the online booking system please contact us. Le Petit village is open 6 days a week. Play sessions last 1 hour
We would ask that you arrive as close to your allocated time as possible as entry to the play centre will not be permitted until the session opens and we have a very small waiting area.
Please note: due to limited space 1 accompanying parent is free with 1 paying child. Additional adults/ older children will incur a charge of £2
There is no charge for entry of pre walking children although parents with no paying child will be charged the accompanying adult fee of £2.
Cancellations received with 24hrs notice will be refunded. Outside this notice period sessions can only be rescheduled.
Cancellations must be received with 72 hours notice to be refunded. Unfortunately outside this notice period we cannot refund the ticket.
We want our little visitors to have a safe, fun and enjoyable experience at Le Petit Village and for your visit to be as stress free as possible . To ensure this we have highlighted our play centre rules below.
1.) All visitors entering the play centre area must remove their shoes and wear socks. If you have forgotten socks pairs are available to purchase at reception for a small fee. All proceeds from sock sales are donated to charity.
2.) Buggies/ Strollers should ideally be parked in the Stroller Parking Areas.
3.) No food or drinks are allowed in the play centre area especially hot drinks.
4.) The door leading to reception should remain closed for security purposes as should the gate to the play centre area.
5.) We understand children can get excited and at times tempermental however we would like to avoid running , pushing or aggressive behaviour towards other children. We also expect that parents keep a close eye , particularly on younger children at all times to minimise the potential for accidents.
6.) Any breakages or non- functioning equipment should be reported to reception and staff should remove the item immediately.
7.) Any slips, trips , falls or near misses should be reported to a staff member.
8.) Lost property or items found should be reported to a staff member especially those very important cuddle toys.
